Day 1 - Arrive Nairobi
Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Optional excursions available, time permitting.
Overnight Tamarind Tree Hotel.
Day 2 - Nairobi /Samburu National Reserve
Morning departure to the SamburuNational Reserve. Heading north, you'll pass near Thika and continue north through some breath-taking scenery dotted with rushing mountain streams and fields of tea and coffee. After Nanyuki town, you'll continue north and eventually reach a dusty outpost known as Isiolo, the last major stop on the journey into the remote northern frontier district. From here it's a short hop to Samburu. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch before departing for an afternoon game drive returning to the camp as the sun sets. (BLD)

Elephant Bedroom Camp
Set on the banks of the EwasoNyiro River in the renowned SamburuNational Reserve, surrounded by palms and other beautiful indigenous trees lies this small and intimate tented camp with simplistic elegance, luxury, and style. Inspired by the textures and colours of African nature, each of the 12 beautifully appointed tents surround you with luxury. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with hot & cold running water, rain showers and flushing toilets. Individual verandas encourage guests to linger while admiring the lush wilderness of the area. Elephant Bedroom Camp promises an astonishing safari experience as the name of the camp couldn’t be more fitting. At night elephants, buffalos and hippos roam through the camp in search for food and water and hearing them from the warmth of your duvet covered bed is a truly exciting and memorable experience. The cosy lounge and dining area with original oil paintings and soft intimate lighting open to the outside capturing the tranquil surroundings. Dining is a culinary experience with al-fresco meals and candle lit gourmet dinners set either under the African sky or inside the romantic dining area.
Day 3 - Samburu National Reserve
Early morning game drive is followed by breakfast and time to relax by the river’s bank. After lunch there will be a further game drive and a sundowner before returning to the camp. (BLD)

Day 4 - Samburu National Reserve / Great Rift Valley
Leaving Samburu behind, you'll travel south through Isiolo, crossing the northernmost foothills of Mount Kenya, until you get to the town of Nanyuki. Here you'll head west to Nyahururu, still known to many as Thomson's falls for its 237foot cascade. Now travel in a southerly direction to Lake Nakuru, arriving at the camp in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy an escorted walk on the grounds of the camp. (BLD)

Mbweha Camp
Tucked away in the spectacular vastness of The Great Rift Valley on a private 6400-acre Congreve Conservancy, Mbweha Camp is nestled up against the southern border of Lake Nakuru National Park with beautiful views of the Eburu and Mau Ranges. 10 cottages built of lava stone and thatched makuti roof add glamour and style to its contemporary African ambience. Every cottage is surrounded by Candelabra Euphobia, yellow barked Acacia and other indigenous trees that provide a relaxed atmosphere as you listen to the African night sounds of a lion roar or the laughter of the hyena in the distance.
Day 5 - Great Rift Valley – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast depart with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, returning to the camp as the sunsets. (BLD)

Day 6 - Great Rift Valley /Masai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, you head for Njoro town, where you begin your ascent up over the top of the Mau Escarpment. Then, heading due south, travel towards Narok, the gateway to the Maasai Mara and district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. You'll travel across the "breadbasket" of Kenya, covered with acres of wheat and barley, before you reach the Mara in the time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, before returning to the camp as the sunsets. (BLD)

Set on the banks of the Talek River overlooking the Mara plains, Tipilikwani Mara Camp has one of the most spectacular views available. The Maasai Mara is home to the wildebeest migration – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World - as well as to some of the most abundant wildlife populations in Africa! The 20 luxury tents lure discerning travellers with the cosy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings they offer. Each en-suite tent is equipped with all amenities and has its own terrace. Day 7 - Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 8 - Masai Mara National Reserve/Amboseli National Park
Following breakfast, transfer to the airstrip in the Masai Mara for the schedule Mombasa Air Flight to Amboseli (approx. 11:30am-12:30pm). Upon arrival, you will be met by a guide from the camp and shared transfer to the camp. Following lunch, there will be an afternoon shared game drive returning to camp as the sun sets. (BLD)

Day 9 - Amboseli National Park
Morning and afternoon shared game viewing in the park with possible clear views of the highest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. This is a perfect backdrop to herds of elephant, Cape buffalo, giraffe the many species of plains game that are found here. (BLD)

Day 10 - AmboseliNational Park / Depart Nairobi
Following breakfast, there will be a game drive en route to the airstrip for the scheduled flightback to Nairobi (approx. 8:00am-8:45am). On arrival in Nairobi guest will be transferred to the Tamarind Tree for a day use room to freshen up (6:00pm check out). Evening transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
